Natalie Knauer

My passion for real estate began early, having grown up in the business watching my dad build a successful 54-year career as a broker. Following in his footsteps, I carved out my own path in property management before transitioning fully into real estate. This unique blend of lifelong industry exposure and hands-on property management experience allows me to guide my clients through Western North Carolina’s market with expert property insight and complete confidence.

Beyond my career, my heart belongs to the community I have called home for 25 years. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and have raised our two kids right here in the Weaverville school system. We love investing in our town and have been deeply involved with Young Life, serving in roles from staff to volunteering. In my downtime, I am an avid pickleball player and outdoor enthusiast who loves exploring everything Western NC has to offer—from hitting the local hiking trails to tasting my way through our area's incredible culinary scene with family and friends.
